How To Do Power Yoga?
To do power yoga one should expertise in Ujjaini breath. It is done by closing the back of the throat and making a hissing sound. One should inhale and exhale taking deep breaths. Breathing should only be done through nose with mouth closed.
Then comes the Warrior 1 position. Spread your fingers and toes while doing ujjaini breath. This allows energy to flow through the limbs.
Warrior 2 position is opening up of arms wide, spreading fingers and toes while taking three deep Ujjaini breaths.
Put your arms on the mat, so that your nose touch the ground. Lower the body by exhaling. Practice Vinsaya pose. The vinsaya pose is better known as Sun salutation. Which is a series of exercise following the breathing process.
