5 Best Exercises To Lose Your Love Handles
Love handle is a casual term for the excess deposit of fat on the side of your waistline. People call it with many nicknames such as spare tyre, the middle age spread and the muffin top. Whatever it is, beauty freaks always consider love handles as a nightmare. But you need not worry. They are exercises for love handles that will make you look fit and trim.

Bicycle Crunches: Bicycle crunches are considered as an effective exercise for love handles and lower stomach. Lie on your back and bend your knees. Keep your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders and upper back off the ground. Along with that, move your right elbow towards the left knee and then change the position by bringing your left elbow to your right knee.
Side Plank Hip Lifts: Since the side plank hip lift gives workout for the abdominal fat on the sides, it is considered a good exercise for love handles. Lie on your side with your elbow on the ground. Keep the body straight and raise the lower half of your body up. Repeat this at least 15 times for one side and then change the position to the opposite side.
Russian Twists: Sit on the ground with legs stretched. Lean your upper body part backwards at 45 degrees to the floor. Hold a dumbbell with both hands. Lift your feet from the ground. Cross your feet at the ankles and balance on your butt. Twist your body to the right and touch your dumbbell on the ground. Repeat this to the opposite side as well. muffin top
Waist Whittler: This is an exercise for love handles and lower stomach that you have to include in your daily workout plan. Lie on the ground with knees bent at 90 degrees over hips. Extend your arms to sides on the floor with palms down. Lower both legs to the right in the 90 degrees without moving your arms and shoulder. Return legs to starting position, and then repeat it to the left.
Cable side bend: Grab a cable by bending your upper body part to the side. Now, try to raise the weight while experiencing contraction of muscles. Move slowly to the other side with a bend. This workout helps burnout the extra fat deposited on the sides of your lower abdomen and so considered as the best exercise for love handles and lower stomach.
