The
ardha
chandrasana
and
shwanasana
are
mainly
designed
to
tone
buttocks.
There
are
some
more
additions
in
the
list.
1. Dumbbell Squats: Having a 25lbs. dumbbell in your left or right hand, squat down by moving arms front and back. Exhale and inhale while sitting down and standing up. Putting pressure on the abdominal and hip muscles during the exercise will help to tone buttocks.
Bend
Your
knees
as
if
you
were
going
to
sit
on
a
chair
and
stand
up
by
moving
your
arm
with
dumbles
forward
and
backwards.
The
semi
squats
are
even
powerful
and
help
your
lower
half
tone
faster
and
better.
Switch
hands
and
carry
on
with
another
set
of
10
reps.
2. Kettlebells are also excellent in shaping your buttocks plump. Placing a kettlebell (40 lbs.) in one of the sides and bending backwards in an attempt to lift with one of the hands will squeeze the butt fat and help your tone thigh muscles.
You can also place the kettlebells forward and life it by bending your back and stretching buttock outwards.

Bend
your

by
taking
the
support
of
hands
on
the
ground
(dog
posture).
Hold
this
posture
until
count
10
and
slowly
return
back
to
standing
position.
At
least
20-30
minutes
of
workout
will
tone
muscles
and
make
your
butts
look
plump
and
hot!.
