Shape Up With These Butt Reduction Exercises

Buttock reduction exercises:
1. Stress on the glutes, thighs and hip muscles to shape reduce butt fat and shape them. Avoid sitting for a long time with the buttocks shaping out in the chair.
2. Try squats for buttock reduction. Squats are effective butt exercise to tone them. Stand with the legs little apart and shift your body weight to the heels. Keep the back straight and bring your leg down and create a 90 degree angle. Squeeze the butt muscles and hold it. Count till 10 and then relax. You can hold weight such as dumbbells near the shoulders while bending down.
3. You can also use a stool or stairs to do squats. Place one leg on the step and then lift your body up by putting the body weight on the heels.
4. Cycling is another effective butt exercise for buttock reduction. Everyday cycle for 45 minutes. Warm up the leg muscles before you start cycling.
5. Running is also good for butt reduction. It not only reduces stress but also burns fat from the body.
6. Kick boxing works on the butt, thighs and leg muscles. Front, side and back kicks are great butt exercises for buttock reduction.
7. Lie straight on your back and lift the right leg up till you feel a stretch in your calf and thigh muscles. Hold the position and count till 10. relax and repeat with left leg. Do this exercise for 10 times.
8. Walking is a simple and very effective exercise for buttock reduction. Trying walking up the hills to stress on the glute and thigh muscles.
