Easy Butt Exercises For Well Toned Buttocks

It will be interesting for you to know that the buttock muscle is largest of all muscles in the body. Toning these muscles called the gluteus is quite difficult but not impossible. Today, we shall discuss on the simple day to day toning ways through butt exercise.
Easy Butt Exercises For Well Toned Buttocks -
1. Lunges – Lunges help in toning the butt and leg fat. This is a famous “Hanuman" posture. It is quite simple, all that you need to do is take a big step with your right foot and kneel down (hands on hips). Repeat the same with the left foot.

exercises.
For
extension,
kneel
hands
and
knees.
Move
one
of
the
legs
away
from
chest
(to
the
rear)
and
stretch
as
much
as
you
can.
Repeat
the
same
with
the
other
leg.
For
Abduction,
you
need
to
stretch
your
body
on
the
ground
facing
left
or
right.
Lift
on
the
legs
to
70
degrees
in
the
upward
direction.
Lift
as
much
as
you
can
and
bring
down.
This,
particular
exercise
will
tone
the
gluten
medius
and
maximus.
3. Step Ups – You can have a stiff stool in the front. Place one foot on the step and raise the foot to add the entire body weight on the toe. Relax the foot and follow the procedure by at least 12 times.
4. Squats – Squats are best to tone buttocks, thighs and legs. They are easy to do on a daily basis. Stand with the feet width apart. Bend down slowly and relax, continue doing for at least 10-12 times.
5. Cycling, running, walking and kickboxing – These simple toning exercises are also great butt exercises. Cycling, running and walking tone lower body and help in reducing lower body fat gradually.
