Steamed Mushroom Momos Recipe
Momos are one of the healthiest snacks. They are popular in Tibet and Nepal and also in the north-east region of India. Both steamed and fried dumpling momos are favourites among foodies.
They are healthy because they are steamed which is the best way of cooking. Momos are available in the street stalls, restaurants, and school and college canteens as well. Momos can be stuffed with any type of ingredient. The stuffing of the momos can be done with cauliflower, chicken, paneer, tofu, cheese, mushrooms to name a few.
The steamed dumplings can be a treat for the street food lovers who are diet conscious as well. If you are on a diet, you must prefer the steamed momos and not the fried ones.
