Leaves

Chopped.
Ginger
Finely
Chopped.
Boiled
Potato
Small
Cubes.
Onion
Sliced.
Besan
1
Cup.
Chilli
Powder
1/2
tsp.
Turmeric
Powder
1/2
tsp.
Chaat
Masala
1
tsp.
Amchur
powder
1/4th
tsp.
Salt
to
taste.
Method:
Take
a
bowl.
Put
Besan.
Add
all
the
spices
together.
Put
a
little
water
to
make
a
batter.
Now
add
rice,
onion,
ginger,
chopped
chillies,
coriander
and
potato
cubes.
Mix
all
together.
Deep
fry
instantly
in
refined
oil.
Garnish
with
cucumber
slices
and
coriander
leaves.
Eat them with ketchup or Tamarind Chutney.
