  • If you have tummy flab then wear a nylon slacks and a comfort fit long t-shirt. It will hide the bump around your waist and give you the fashionable gym look too.

  • Don't wear clothes that are too tight or revealing for your body and taste. If you are constantly conscious of your clothes then you won't be able to work out properly.
  • Razor backs and spaghetti straps look very chic in the gym but it is more important to be relaxed. So wear only what you are comfortable in.
