Vitamins For Skin Care: Beauty Care Tips
Every woman would dream to have a healthy, fair and soft skin all her life. This dream can be quite real with proper care and nourishment. Our skin is very delicate and gets easily damaged by external factors like UV Rays, Pollution and Dirt. Skin needs to prevented from damage and cared for by regular exercising, frequent clean ups and most importantly healthy diet.
A healthy skin needs a balanced diet that includes all the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. A well diet consisting of fruits, vegetables and grains should be maintained. Out of all the nutrients necessary, our skin also needs vitamins for staying in good health. There are some vitamins that are needed for keeping the skin fit and fresh. Vitamins help to avoid pre ageing signs, keep the skin texture smooth and repair and regenerate new cells. Vitamins can either be consumed through food or can be used externally on the skin through creams made by using derivatives of vitamins.

A few vitamins that are helpful for skincare are discussed below:
1.The A – Vitamin A helps to fight pre ageing signs, reduces wrinkles and keeps the skin young and healthy. Vitamin A is good for treating acne prone skin, rough skin and patchy skin. Vitamin A has the capacity to rebuild damaged tissues. The main source of Vitamin A is sunlight. Exposing your skin in the morning light can help you absorb good amount of vitamin A. Other sources of Vitamin A are by maintaining a vitamin rich diet or using creams and face masks made from vitamin derivatives.
2.The E - Vitamin E is very important to remove the free radicals from the skin. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and can effectively remove the radicals caused by pollution, smoking and UV Rays. The radicals cause ageing, wrinkles and skin patches. Vitamin E helps to reduce dry patches, wrinkles, blemishes and fine lines from the skin making it look young and beautiful. Vitamin E is found in foods like leafy vegetables, whole grain and almonds. Thus, this is an essential vitamin for skin care and nourishment.
3.The C – Vitamin C is also an antioxidant like Vitamin E. Therefore, Vitamin C also helps to prevent pre ageing signs and skin damage caused by pollution, smoking and sunlight. Vitamin C has an additional benefit as well. It helps to boost the production of collagen in the skin. Collage is a substance that makes the skin firm and soft. Thus, vitamin C helps to bring the youth effect in the skin. It also improves the texture of the skin and enhances the glow. Vitamin C is found in many fruits especially citrus fruits. Thus, Vitamin C is an essential vitamin for care.

B

Vitamin
B
are
further
divided
into
B1
and
B3.
Both
the
categories
have
good
effects
on
skin
quality
and
texture.
Therefore,
they
should
be
added
in
the
diet.

B1
increases
the

circulation
of
the
body,
thus
bringing
a
glow
on
the
skin.
B3
Vitamin
is
also
good
for
the
skin;
it
improves
texture,
reduces
acne
and
oxygenates
the
skin
to
rejuvenate
it.

and
B3
are
found
in
eggs,
raisins,
tomatoes,
broccoli,
etc.
