Ex Wife Files Lawsuit Against Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage
Nicolas Cage's ex-wife Christina Fulton has filed a lawsuit against the actor and his business manager for allegedly ruining her plans to sell her house.

In the legal papers filed at Los Angeles, Fulton claims Cage bought her a house in Los Angeles in 2001 in return of giving up her acting career to take care of their son, Weston.

However when she attempted to sell the property earlier this year, she realised that the house was in Cage's name and he never transferred the title.

Fulton also claimed that Cage served her with a 60 day notice to vacate the premises and blames her ex-husband's former business manager, Sam Levin, for leaving her with a 1million dollar tax debt on the property.

Fulton alleges mental, physical and emotional abuse but fails to expand on her claims. However, Cage's lawyer, Marty Singer says that its an absurd claim.

Nicolas Cage said that the lawsuit is ridiculous and that he had been paying three million every year, even though he was only obligated to pay her six thousand a month towards the child's support.
