Read this article to know when you should not measure your weight.
Weight is nothing more than a number just like age. But if you're stepping on to a weighing scale, almost every time, then it's high time you stopped this habit.
There are some factors that can affect your weight. Ideally people check their weights constantly to make sure the diet or workout plan is perfectly working for them.

Daily weighing isn't all that good and you have to realize that at least now. There are times when you should not measure your weight, and this article will let you know when.
Continue reading this article to know about the times at which you must never hit the weighing scale.

1. The Day After a Hard Workout:
Hardcore exercises can cause small tear in your muscles and fluids come to the rescue to start the healing process. This can actually increase your scale reading. So, you'll have to at least weigh yourself two days in advance before doing so.

2. The Day After A Long Flight:
Four or more hours on a flight can cause fluid and electrolyte imbalance in the body. This can lead to a small increase in weight when seen on a weighing scale.

3. After Eating Sushi Or Soup:
Salty meals can show a higher reading on a weighing scale and cause your body to retain extra fluids. So make sure you never weigh yourself after a meal or after having even soup/sushi.

4. The Week Before Your Periods:
Five days before your periods, your body can retain more water and make you feel bloated. Hence, the scale will show a slightly higher number.
