Everyday digestion problems that we face like gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation and heartburn occur due to our unhealthy eating habits.

Further, standing and eating is strictly not recommended. Now, you might be imagining the dozen number of times you consumed food standing, isn't it?

The body requires a settling environment in order to process the nutrients and absorb the meal.

The process of eating is life giving. It is important for our physical well-being. Ayurveda recommends a number of practices for better digestion.
