Most of us, at some point in our lives, would have been victims of body pain, be it minor or severe.
As we realise from experience, body pain can be an extremely unpleasant ailment that can make a person go through a lot of pain and discomfort.
Even simple daily tasks become harder to complete when a person is experiencing any kind of a body pain.
For instance, walking down the streets, taking the stairs, exercising and even sitting/standing become very difficult tasks when one is affected with body pain.
Body pain can be caused by numerous reasons like injury, infection, low bone density, sudden excessive exercise, general weakness, etc.
Usually body pain occurs when the muscles or tendons in the affected part of the body become inflamed or infected, and there is lesser blood circulation in that area, resulting in pain.
If not treated at the right time, body pain can continue to be persistent and may never heal properly, resulting in major health complications that may even affect the mobility of a person.

1. “Weather Is Linked To The Pain”
Many people believe that body pain worsens during the winters and monsoons; however, there is no research that can support this theory, and body pain does not get any better during the summer!

Experts say that if you are affected with body pain, mild exercise and moving around can actually help loosen your muscles and reduce the body pain!

3. “It Is All In The Mind”
Many people are advised that pain can be controlled with their will power; and if they are strong mentally, the pain will just go away. However, body pain is a physical ailment and it does require a medical attention!

4. “Painkillers Are The Solution”
Many people with chronic body pain solely rely on painkillers to help control their pain. However, painkillers only help temporarily, so they must also consider physiotherapy, acupuncture, massages, or other such forms of pain-relieving methods.
