Cheese and other dairy products are low in fibre and high in fats. These foods slow digestion and cause constipation. Frozen And Packed Foods
These foods are low in fibers and high in fat content. These foods are also rich in sodium and chemical preservatives. High sodium content in the body can cause constipation as it causes loss of water from the body through urine.
