According to a new research, people who work for longer hours tend to smoke more. Besides, people who work for longer hours find it harder than normal people to quit smoking. Moreover, even if they were to quit, the probability of them starting again is high indeed. It was determined that people who work longer hours, more than 80 percent of them were smokers; not just smokers but heavy smokers. And when asked why working long hours instigated them to smoke more, every one of them had the same thing to say -- smoking is a great stress reliever.
