Sometimes, there is no particular reason why you need that extra cup of coffee to keep you refreshed during the day. Being tired is something that we all feel at least once in a day. That is completely normal, but you have to give an extra attention if you feel tired all the time or waking up tired even after a good night rest. Dehydration
This is one of the strange reasons why you feel tired. When you are so caught up with your work, you tend to forget to give your body adequate amount of water it requires. You need to replace 1.5% of your weight with water in your body.

Low on Vitamin B12
This is one of the surprising causes of fatigue. Vitamin B12 is required in the body to synthesis red blood cells to maintain proper functioning of the neurons. Deficiency of this vitamin will decrease the oxygen supply and make you feel tired.

Overwhelmed with stress
Stress is another factor that can cause fatigue. There is a stress hormone that needs to be high during the day but must dip in the night. When you are stressed out, this hormone will not dip in the night and will be alert all the time.

Heart Disease
Another one of the surprising causes of fatigue is that you might have a heart disease, which you are not aware of. Weariness and shortness of breath when you usually don't feel the same at other times could be symptoms that you have a heart problem.

Iron Levels
Another weird reason for your fatigue could be your varying iron levels. Low iron levels will cause fatigue. Some people pop iron pills without getting themselves checked and this could be a problem as the same symptoms can occur when your iron level is high.

No Exercise
One of the surprising causes of fatigue is that you have absolutely no exercise, especially when you are stressed out throughout the day. As a result, you are taking stress to bed.

Too much exercise
This could also be one of the reasons for you being fatigue all the time. This can be when you are pushing your body beyond its limits and you are not able to maintain a balance between activity and rest.

Urinary Tract Infection
Fatigue is a very common symptom along with a urinary tract infection. This will usually pass by the time you finish your medications. All you need to do is take some rest with adequate intake of water.
