Are You Getting Fat Due To Night Parties?

If you are a party freak who goes out 4 times a week, then you obviously need to read this. Life is all about fun and games when you are young. But as you start pushing to your 30's, the excesses of your lifestyle catch up with you. Here is how late night parties are responsible for you getting fat.
Reasons You Are Getting Fat:
1. Sleep Problems: If you cheat on sleep, it will eventually start affecting your whole system. After every late night party, you promise yourself you will makeup for the lost sleep in the weekend. But weekends are more about partying, so, time for required rest never comes. It is a vicious cycle of sleeplessness that slows down your metabolism and makes you pile on fat.
2. Partying On Week Nights: If you had to name one bad habit that is responsible for you getting fat, then it has to be partying on weekdays. You cannot catch enough sleep before work and that makes you lethargic at work. You tend to drink more coffee or tea and eat more junk when you have a hangover from the previous night.
3. Calories In Your Drink: Alcohol makes you fat over a period of time. So, if you are not choosing your drinks carefully, you will end with a puffed up chubby face and a beer belly fat. You must know which are the most fattening alcoholic drinks if you want to avoid accumulating alcohol fat.
4. Munching Mania: It is a good habit to keep eating some solid food with alcohol, but watch what you are eating. You cannot drink empty stomach otherwise you will get sloshed easily. Cheese balls or deep fried chicken are not helping your waistline either. You have to eat healthy snacks like salads or grilled chicken.
5. Too Tired To Workout: Your staple excuse for not exercising on a Sunday morning is that you are too tired from Saturday night's party. Moreover, you think that you have danced enough to lose lots of calories. What you do not realise is that, in these late night parties you gain many more calories than you lose.
Getting uncontrollably fat is a serious heath problem. Are your parties worth the risk you are posing to yourself?
