Evade The Breast Pain

There are two main types of breast pain as cyclical and non cyclical. The cyclical breast pain is most common in women and closely associated with a woman's menstrual cycle. Studies prove that even stress will lead to intense cyclical breast pain in women. Non-cyclical breast pain is seen mostly in women of 40-50 years of age. This pain may be the result of breast biopsy and post menopause period.
Breast pain may be the result of many factors. In some women aging lead to the severe breast pain. The oral contraceptive pills and hormone replacement therapy are two of the major detected causes of breast pain. If women put over weight, it will lead to sagging breasts and then to aching breasts. Many women who don't wear proper bras also have to suffer breast pain.
