10 Natural Ways To Fall Asleep

Reduce your caffeine/tobacco/alcohol intake

Take a hot shower before bed time

Perform exercises daily

Sleeping in the afternoon might kill the quality of your night's sleep. Ensure that you sleep only once during the night. Fill your day with other activities and tire yourself well so that your body will crave for sleep at night. In fact, it is a way to teach your body how to fall asleep at night.
