3 Best Fat Replacers For Healthy Eating

Fat is too complicated to understand. The taste that the high calorie fats provide, it is too hard to mention a single fat replacement for all the fat types. However, we have managed to give you three fat replacements for healthy eating.
Fat Replacement 1 (Carbohydrate Based): These fat substitutes are highly satisfying. They make you get the fat taste but are just water and fiber solvents. They are low fat and baked foods. Low fat fiber rich cookies, cakes, ice creams, low fat salads, fruit sauces (such apple sauce, prunes) that are more in fiber, dextrin and cellulose.
Fat Replacement 2 (Diet Fat Based): These fats are good fats that contain fewer calories. Their chemical structure helps them break down easily and make it digestible. Salatrim (also called benefat) used in candies and baked goods are perfect replacers. A vegetable oil and sugar fat called Olestra is a calorie free fat that can be used in making fritters and other fried foods. Even emulsifiers are good fats.
Fat Replacement 3 (Protein Based): Skimmed milk products and egg white are all good protein based fats. Omelettes, toasts made of these ingredients taste good as well as help stay fit. Even refrigerated food items like low fat cheese can be a part of protein based fat type.
All in all, it is best to get serious with what type of fat to have and prefer more and more of these replacers. Eat healthy and live lengthy!
