Ayurvedic Remedies For Fatigue You Should Try
If you are feeling weak, tired and fatigued too often, then check this out. Listed here are well-known ayurvedic remedies for fatigue.
Fatigue is a very common problem of the modern-day world. In common words, it's described as an excessive tiredness, or feeling of lethargy, or weakness.
The reasons behind this can be excessive work, stress, depression, boredom or lack of sleep.
This can be best described as a "SYMPTOM" rather than a "DISEASE", as it's just lack of motivation or enthusiasm for prolonged period of time.
The modern lifestyle can be blamed as the root cause for fatigue, which now has trapped almost everyone from a younger generation to old.

Ayurveda, the ancient science of our own motherland India, is truly a gift from our ancestors to this generation.
Though the modern humans have already landed on the Mars and Moon, there is still a lot of things, the answer for which is still hidden in our planet - the Earth, in our NATURE.

THERE IS A KEY TO EVERY LOCK. Similarly, when there is a problem, there must be a solution. And ayurveda is the right science that has many remedies for this unique problem plaguing the modern man.
We have listed below some of the best ayurvedic remedies for fatigue that you must make sure to try. We are sure these would benefit you to a great extent. Take a look.

1. Cumin:
This is a very common Indian spice almost used in every Indian hosehold on a daily basis. A cup of warm cumin tea or a tea spoonful of dry roasted cumin powder if consumed regularly can help control fatigue.

2. Turmeric:
This herb helps not only in regulating the hormones but also boosts the immune system and mood. It is truly a first-aid to all sorts of disease and disorders !!!

3. Mustard Seeds:
Mustard seeds are loaded with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, carotenes and minerals, which help improve blood flow in our body. Mustard seeds are also highly beneficial in regulating the blood pressure and thereby helping us getting rid of fatigue.

4. Ginger:
This one is my all-time favourite. You could have a cup of hot ginger tea and all the fatigue will vanish in minutes. It works best when grated and crushed properly and boiled in water for approximate 10 to 15 minutes.

5.Cinnamon:
A teaspoon full of cinnamon powder if taken along with honey and warm water every day, early in the morning, will help get rid of fatigue. The effect can be clearly observed in a couple of weeks.
This can also be mixed with sesame oil and applied on the forehead to get rid of fatigue-related headache.

6. Ashwagandha:
Widely known as poison gooseberry or wild cherry; the root of this plant actually has a lot of medicinal properties. It targets adrenal and thyroid gland, boosts the energy level, regulates the hormonal imbalance. It basically cures the mental fatigue.

7. Garlic:
Another easily available herb, which comes with a lot of magical properties, is our very own garlic. The anti-inflammatory property of garlic strengthens the immune system. It is advisable to take it raw to get the best benefits out of it.

8. Guggul:
It comes with a highly potent rejuvenating property. It targets the bad cholesterol and improves the functioning of the heart. It is advisable to consume this after medical consultation.

9. Amla:
Amla or Indian gooseberry is a rich source of Vitamin C. It helps the adrenal gland in producing the stress-relieving hormones. One spoon of dry amla powder with warm water can be consumed daily for best results.
Ayurveda brings the richness of the herbs to us in a natural, unadulterated form. Then why should we opt for chemical formulations when everything is right next to us! Think about it.
