Ingredients

Carrots - ½ kg, Beetroot - ½ kg, Dried apricots - 20 grams, raisins - 20 grams, water - 2 cups and honey - 2 tablespoons.

Preparation

Chop the carrots and beetroots to small pieces. Add them to a pot of boiling water. Allow them to boil well on medium flame. After 10 minutes, add the apricots and the raisins to the boiling water. Let it cook on a low flame for another 10 minutes. Switch the flame off and allow the drink to cool down. When the drink is at room temperature, add the honey and mix well. Your powerful drink is now cooked.

Storing

Cover the drink with a light lid and store it under cool temperature ( refrigerator) for at least 12 hours.

Before Consumption
