Tips For Quick Relief From Viral Fever -
1. For headache and to lower body temperature, spread a clean damp cloth (kerchief) on forehead.
2. Avoid oily junk foods and eat baked non spicy foods. Drink fresh fruit juices and milkshakes (without ice) as they provide good nutrients and energy.
3. Wear warm clothes so that you sweat more, as perspiration brings down the temperature.
4. Sleep or relax as long as possible, as rest is what is required for the weak body.
5. Take pills on time as suggested by the doctor (physician) and check temperature using a clinically tested thermometer regularly.
6. Do not self medicate, visit doctor if the temperature is not coming down.
