fat:

Deep breathing: This is a simple and most commonly done exercise. You just need to take out 15-20 minutes time from your daily routine. Deep breathing increases the intake of oxygen and this helps burn down calories. During stress, cortisol increases and this leads to a hormonal imbalance. You feel hungrier and food cravings harm your diet plan. When your appetite increases, you eat more and the calories that you consume turns into fat. By practising simple deep breathing exercise, you control stress hormones and food cravings. Sit straight on the ground or chair. Keep your hands on the lap and close your eyes. Meditate for 2-4 minutes and breathe normally. Then start taking deep breaths. Count 1-4 while inhaling and 1-6 while exhaling. Repeat for 10-15 minutes to get up fresh and relaxed.
Bellows breathing exercise: Also referred to as a stimulating breathing exercise, this technique increases the body's energy thus keeping you active the whole day. Sit straight on a chair, close your mouth and relax. Now breathe deeply in and out rapidly. You can also count numbers at a fast pace while breathing. This fast breathing stresses the lungs, chest and abdomen. Do the bellow breathing exercise for 15 minutes regularly to lose weight without hitting the gym.
Deep abdominal breathing: This exercise stresses the abdominal muscles. This is similar to a yoga breathing exercise (pranayama). Place a cushion on the floor and then kneel on your knees. Keep your back straight, close your eyes and relax. Count till 10 and then start deep breathing. Firstly, exhale out and count till 5. you should feel all the air coming out from the body. Your stomach will feel empty and airless. Hold (count till 2) after exhaling out and then inhale deeply. Count till 5 while inhaling. Hold again and count 2; exhale out completely. Repeat this exercise for 10 times every day. You will feel relaxed, reduce stress levels and also burn fat deposits from the belly.
These are few breathing exercises that can help lose belly fat without too much effort. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and have a healthy diet that is low in fats and calories. You can also do gym exercises after doing these breathing exercises.
