The symptoms of GERD like vomiting, heart burns that was seen in older people and pregnant women is now common place for almost everybody, even kids. So it is prudent to take a look at this detox diet to maintain good health.
What GERD Diet Must Contain?

Green
Leafy
Vegetables:
Eat
lots
of
spinach,
fenugreek
leaves,
cabbage,
lettuce

broccoli.

vegetables
are

minerals
and
nutrients

importantly,
easy
to
digest.
However,
you
have
to
watch
out
for
one
small
detail.

vegetables

Lean
Meats:
This
diet
does
not
deprive
you
of
meat
totally;
all
we
ask
is
that
you
eat
meat

turkey,

Fish
is

replacement
for

rice

of
white

should

old
because
yeast

Fruits:
Apples

bananas

supposed
to
be

best

symptoms
so
have
at
least
one
of
these
everyday.
What GERD Diet Must Not Contain?
1.
Dairy
Products:
Usually
milk
and
milk
products
are
difficult
to
digest
and
lactose
intolerance
is
pretty
common.
So
this
diet
usually
prohibits
diary
products.
2.
Citrus
Fruits:
Stay
away
from
anything
that
is
sour.
Be
it
tomatoes,
oranges,
lemon,
lime,
cranberry,
etc.
They
are
all
potentially
acidic
and
can
cause
trouble
in
your
fragile
stomach.
3.
Vegetables:
Most
vegetables
are
fine
in
this
diet
but
avoid
raw
onions
and
cucumbers
as
they
are
known
to
cause
indigestion.

Processed
Meat:
Have
fresh
meat
instead
of
preserved
ones.
5.
Coffee/Tea/Aerated
Drinks:
It
is
a
detox
diet
so

is
better
to
stay
away
from
toxins
like
caffeine
and
compressed

dioxide.

a
coffee
addict
it
will
be
difficult.

limit
the
number
of
mugs
to

prefer
black
coffee
to
