The taste of a healthy drink can save you from lots of health problems. A herbal tea recipe given here is the best medicine for minor cough and cold. This drink uses ginger and a few other spices. The spices in this recipe make the drink healthy.

INGREDIENTS For Healthy Drink:
A small piece of Ginger
1 piece Dalchini (Cinnamon)
3 - 4 leaves Tulsi (Basil)
1 tsp Leaves
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice

METHOD To Make A Healthy Drink:
Add ginger, dalchini, tulsi to the water and boil for sometime.

Remove from heat and add the leaves while trying this herbal tea recipe.

After a minute or two strain into a cup and add the Lemon juice and serve.

Thsi herbal tea recipe is best enjoyed hot.
