When there is a drop in oestrogen levels, the production of new skin cells slows down, resulting in a thinning of the skin layers. Fruits
Applying fruits on your skin will help in skin care. Create a homemade Avocado face mask by mashing up a ripe avocado and pat it evenly onto your face. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Sunscreen
Using any sunscreen of good quality, which has an SPF of at least 15 will help in your skin care. Protecting your skin from direct sunlight is one of the most important skin care tips. It is recommended to apply sunscreen at least one hour before you get into direct sunlight and also remember to reapply the sunscreen every two hours.

Quit smoking
Smoking has an important role in forming wrinkles on your skin. Smoking will decrease blood flow by narrowing the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin. This causes reduced oxygen flow. Healthy diet
A balanced diet can do great contributions for your skin care. If you are looking forward to skin care tips, the first thing that you have to do is including skin friendly foods in your diet. Include antioxidant rich foods, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Give importance to diet rich in vitamin C, foods low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates.
