6 Hot Oil Massage Recipes To Stop Hair Fall

Two out of three girls complain about hair fall. And, 3 out of 10 males suffer from receding hair line. And if 40 to 80 hair strands fall in one day, this range is considered to be normal; however, most of us cross that range by leaps and bounds.
A dismal reality of today, we cannot escape! Forget expensive treatments or chemical-based products, what you need are hot oil massages to boost hair growth.

Our hair is a well-oiled machine, which is defined in three stages that are anagen, catagen and telogen.
Anagen phase lasts for 3 to 5 years, where your hair grows to about an inch a month. After anagen, your hair enters the catagen phase, a short transitional phase that lasts up to about 10 days.
The last phase is the telogen phase. A resting phase, wherein your hair releases and falls out. In this phase, your hair follicles remain inactive for 3 months.
Though mechanism of how hair hair grows is pretty simple, there are external factors that can disrupt these phases.
This is where Ayurvedic hair massage oils come into picture. From opening up clogged pores, stimulating hair follicles to improving hair texture, there is much more that a hot oil massage can do. Have a look.
