Body Scrub Recipe From Leftover Fruit Pulp
There are a number of products on our bathroom ledge, from cleansing shampoos, luxurious body butters to revitalizing face washes, ready to prep us like the diva that we are. But what about our body, more importantly body exfoliating products? If you are aware of the benefits associated with body scrubbing, good for you, but if you are not, you might be missing out on something!
So, what does exfoliation do for our skin? Where do we start from! It sloughs off dead skin cells to reveal the clear skin underneath. It allows moisturizers to penetrate deep in the skin tissues, minimizes pores and reduces dry and flaky skin.

Amazed already? We are just getting started. Regular exfoliation is known to reduce stress and boost blood circulation, which in turn improves elasticity of the skin. While there are too many options available when it comes to natural body scrubs, what really got our interest is, leftover juice pulp.
You heard us right! The residue pulp left in your juice jar is literally the one thing that can bring about radical changes to your skin. Don't believe us? Hear us out - Leftover juice pulp is rich in fibres, antioxidants, minerals and essential vitamins that exfoliates, tones and nourishes skin tissue.

Not just that, it lightens dark patches, reduces inflammation and tightens skin pores. So, next time you have residue pulp left in your juice jar, whether it is mango, cucumber or even parsley for that matter, don't think twice, whip it up into a smooth body scrub.
To make the process easy for you, here is a DIY body scrub made from leftover juice pulp!
