Vastu Shastra: Why A House Should Not Be Built Near The Temples Of These Deities?
People plan the construction or purchase of their houses keeping in mind, many factors such as agreeable neighbourhood, calm and cool locality, impressive landmarks, good roads, well equipped hospitals and prestigious schools and colleges.
Some people , meanwhile, love the peace of the outdoors and want to live in an area that not only is peaceful but also a good atmosphere to introspect and go within.

Probably temples suit the bill. Temples are perfectly blissful, peaceful and ideal places to meditate and introspect.
Being temples, they are pious and powerful places that grant you boons. Why not build a house next to or near a temple? Is it a good idea?
Unfortunately, the bitter truth is that temples should never figure anywhere in this list. Yes, it creates untold problems to the inhabitants of the house.
God is all about devotion and surrender. Devotion and surrender are all about renunciation of the worldly pleasures and taking the last resort in God and prefer nothing else, including even the world.
This works directly in opposition to the interests of the house and its progress. Materialistic and godly ideas and subjects do not gel well together at all.

Vastu Rules For Houses Near Temples: See that your main entrance to the house is not directly facing the temple. see that the shadow of the temple gopura does not fall on your house directly. In case if you still insist to have a house near a temple, get all the Vastu rectifications done to increase abundance in your house.

The house or plot has to be 25 meters or 80 feet away from the temple entrance. Less than 25 meters or 80 feet turns out to be negative and remedial measures are definitely called for.
Shiva Temple: If you are staying or want to stay in the vicinity of a Shiva Temple, install a Ganesha Idol in your house. This will fix the vastu dosha. If your house is directly facing the Shiva temple, it is better to have a copper snake buried at the main entrance threshold of your house.
Devi Temple: In case your house faces the Bhairavnath temple directly then call crows and offer them roti every day at the main entrance. Incase it is a devi temple, you have to intall on the main door any weapon of this Goddess.
If the goddess is Soumya svaroopi, or mild natured, and does not own any weapon, then place the picture of her vehicle on the main door of your house.
Lakshmi Temple: If your home directly faces Goddess Lakshmis temple, stick a lotus image or a picture of Vishnu on the main door and wear a lotus seed rosary daily. This brings down the Vastu dosha to a great extent.
Vishnu Temple: If Lord Vishnus temple faces your home at the North East direction install a dakshinavarthi conch on a silver pedestal and fill it with water and worship it.
If there is a temple of Rama, that faces your house, place an image of bow and arrow at the main door. If you are living next to a Krishna temple, place a magnet that looks like Sudarshan chakra and install it on the main door of the house.
Temples of The Incarnations : Any incarnation of deities like Hayagreeva, Kurma, parashurama, matsya avatar are there right opposite your house, place a panchamukhi Hanuman picture at the main entrance. Pancha Mukhi hanuman is known to act fiercely against vastu dosha and resolve it.
