Supta Vajrasana: The Supine Vajrasana

Step1: Sit on the floor with legs stretched in front of you. Bend your legs and sit on your heels. Keep your back straight and both knees together.

Step2: Sitting on your heels, slowly bend backwards taking the support of one elbow and then the other.

Step 3: Slowly lower your back and the head to the ground. Hold your ankles and keep your knees on the floor.

Step 4: Now fold your arms and place them behind your head. Close your eyes and relax for 10-30 seconds. Breathe normally in the pose
