After this Vishnu stopped fighting and went to rest in Badri cave. The demon Maru again came to kill them, but this time a girl was born from Lord Vishnu who killed that demon. The girl told Lord Vishnu that she was his part and was born from him. After this, he gave a boon to the girl and said you will help the devotees who are too trapped in attachment and delusion to bring them back on the path of devotion. All of you will be known as Utpanna Ekadashi.
