When Is Janmashtami 2023? Know Date, Time, Puja Rituals, And Auspicious Yoga That Will Form After 30 Years
Janmashtami 2023: Krishna Janmashtami is a very prominent festival for the people of the Hindu community. This year, in 2023, it will be celebrated on Wednesday, 6 September. There is a belief that Lord Krishna was born on Ashtami of Krishna Paksha of Bhadrapada month and therefore, this day holds immense significance for Lord Krishna devotees as it is said to bring desired outcomes.

Janmashtami 2023: Puja Muhurat
This year will mark the 5250th birth anniversary of Lord Krishna and therefore, his birth anniversary will be celebrated on 6 Septemner. The Nishita Puja Time will begin at 11:57 pm on 6 September and continue till 12:42 am, 7 September. Also, Dahi Handi festival will be observed on Thursday, 7 September 2023.
According to Dharma Shastra, Parana will be observed after 04:14 pm on 7 September 2023. Also, on Parana Day, Astami tithi end time is 04:14 pm and Parana Day Rohini Nakshatra End Time is 10:25 am.
Further, Chandrodaya Moment will be at 10:55 pm on 6 September 2023. Ashtami Tithi will begin at 03:37 PM on 06 September 2023 and end at 04:14 pm on 07 September 2023. Rohini Nakshatra begins at 09:20 am on 06 September 2023 and Rohini Nakshatra ends at 10:25 am on 07 September 2023.
Janmashtami 2023: Auspicious Yoga That Will Form After 30 Years
Lord Krishna is believed to have born on Ashtami tithi and Rohini Nakshatra and therefore, this year Janmashtami will be celebrated on both 6th and 7th September. On Krishna Janmashtami, this year a rare coincidence has occurred after 30 years and due to that Sarvath Siddhi Yoga has formed because Moon will form in Taurus and Rohini Nakshatra. Also, Saturn will transit in Aquarius after 30 years. This is said to bring financial benefits to Capricorn, Leo and Taurus.
Also, another yoga will be formed which is known as Jayanti yoga. Janmashtami without Rohini Nakshatra is called Kevala. When Janmashtami falls with Rohini Nakshatra, it is called Jayanti Yoga. This year, the day of Jayanti Yoga is will form on a Wednesday, which makes it a very auspicious day. fasting.
After

do
Jalabhishek
of
Laddu
Gopal
and
offer
bhog
and
light
lamps
and
incense.
Keep
meditating
on
Shri
Krishna
throughout
the
day
and
observe
the
fast.
After
this,
you
can
arrange
the
necessary
items
and
prepare
yourself
to
worship
Lord
Krishna
at
night.
