But along with this, Gupt Navratri is also celebrated twice a year. The second Gupta Navratri of the year is celebrated in the month of Ashadha. Gupt Navratri is related to Mahavidya and Tantra Vidya.

According to the Panchang, Ashadh Gupt Navratri will begin on 06 July 2024 and it will end on 15 July 2024.
Ashadh Gupt Navratri 2024: Kalash Sthapana Muhurat
The Kalash is installed on the first day of Ashadha Gupt Navratri. Ghatasthapana of Gupta Navratri can be done in the auspicious time of 05:11 am to 07:26 am on 6th July. Along with this, there will also be Abhijit Muhurat on this day, which will be from 11 am to 12 noon during which the Kalash can be installed.

The word "Gupt" means hidden or secret, and Gupt Navratri is believed to be a time when the divine energy of the goddess Durga is especially potent but not easily visible. It is considered an auspicious period for spiritual practices, including fasting, prayer, and meditation. Gupt Navratri is also associated with the birth anniversary of Sage Vyasa, the author of the Mahabharata, which is believed to have occurred during this period.
According to Hindu mythology, during Gupt Navratri, Goddess Durga is said to have taken a hidden form to meditate and prepare for her battle against the demon Mahishasura.
