The man who has invariably practiced the virtue of sharing his meal,Will never be hurt by the pangs of hunger.
Valluvar has already brought out quite forcibly the concept of 'Paziyanji paathoon' faultless earning and generous sharing', in Kural 44. Here he emphasises another aspect of this virtue, that such a man will never be haunted or hurt by hunger.
The same idea comes up again in Kural 322.
