The Pictorial Proof

Needless to say that none present there saw Shirdi Baba in physical form, a fact which was clearly seen in the picture. They felt reassured that it is Sathya alone who through His Divine Sakthi and unique power, had enacted the superb leela in which He clearly established His identity with Shirdi Sai. It is after this, that an ever increasing number of people started worshipping Sathyanarayana Raju as Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. They began accepting the fact that the same Divine Sakthi who had come as Shirdi Sai has come again in the form of Sathya Sai.
Smt. Nagamani Purnaiya narrates a similar incident wherein a coconut had manifested as Shirdi Sai in a photograph. Some people were doing 'pada pooja' to Sathya Sai. There were betel leaves, coconut, fruits, flowers and eatables kept in front of Him. One photographer clicked away. When the prints were made he found that the coconut which was placed in front of Sathya had taken the exact shape of Shirdi Sai. A copy of this photograph is still kept in the old mandir at Puttaparthi.
