Ayodhya Ram Temple: For years, devotees of Ram have been waiting for a grand Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh and soon it will be open for devotees. The idol of Lord Ram will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of this grand three-story Ram Janmabhoomi temple.

Ayodhya is an ancient city in Uttar Pradesh that is associated with the birthplace of Lord Rama. After years of controversy, and debates Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple is being constructed here. The construction work of the ground floor of this three-storey temple will be completed by December this year.

This is the first phase of temple construction. The idol of Shri Ram will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum. This program has been named Pran Pratishtha. For this, important personalities and priests from across the country will be invited along with the Prime Minister and there will be tight security arrangements. According to Trust member Nripendra Mishra, about 10 thousand very special guests will attend this program.

When will Pran Pratishtha Take Place In Ayodhya Ram Temple?

According to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, the Pran Pratishtha program will be conducted next year i.e. on 22 January 2024. The rituals will continue from January 15 to 24, however, on the 22nd, the Pran Pratishtha program for the installation of the idol of Lord Ram will take place.

According to reports, the General Secretary of Sri Ram Janmbhoomi Trust Champat Rai met the Prime Minister and confirmed 22 January 2024 as the date of the installation of Lord Ram idol.

On 25 October, Prime Minister Modi wrote on X (Twitter) "Jai Siya Ram! Today is a day full of emotions. Recently the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had come to meet me at my residence. He has invited me to come to Ayodhya on the occasion of the consecration of the Shri Ram temple. I feel very blessed. It is my good fortune that in my lifetime, I will witness this historic occasion."
