Pitru Paksha 2023: During Pitru Paksha, the doors of the ancestral world are opened so that the ancestors can meet their children. In such a situation, the children get an opportunity to show respect to their ancestors and perform religious rituals so that their ancestors' souls can rest in peace.

If the ancestors are not happy then Pitra Dosh occurs due to which the progress of the child stops and the suffering increases. According to the religious scriptures, Pitru Paksha is a time of mourning and remembering deceased ancestors, and hence during these 16 days, you should not do any kind of work that is related to your makeup or is related to any luxury or celebration with great joy.

The ancestors will not be happy with this. But if this is your business or your business requires gold, then you can buy gold.

Generally, it is considered better if gold and silver are not bought during Pitru Paksha, but there comes a date in Pitru Paksha on which it is auspicious to buy gold and silver. Buying gold on the Ashtami Tithi of Pitru Paksha is considered auspicious. However, if you want, you can buy gold on this day.
