List Of Things You Should Never Gift Your Newly Married Daughter
While marrying your daughter to another home, the first thought that passes you by would be the gifts that you should be sending your daughter with , to her new marital home.
Gifting is a great idea but the scriptures say that they have to be chosen with care. Certain gifts should never be handed over to your daughter. Sometimes, even the most lavishly conducted weddings end up as flops all of a sudden after a few months.

Although nothing was lacking in the wedding, it crumbled down. There are certain gifts which have a jinx attached to them and if they are given without your knowledge, to your daughter, her relationship with her in-law may break down and misunderstandings may develop within the marital relationship. So what are these gifts?
Parents marry their daughters with a hope to see them smiling all through their lives. Mistakes in gifting can affect the inlaws home as well.
Napkins and Towels if presented, bring on pessimism in teh recipient. IF you insist on giving this gift, then offer a one rupee coin to them after gifting them with the above,
Aquarium: Do not give away an aquarium to her thinking that it is a good vastu symbol for luck. By gifting water to her, you will be transmiting your karma to her. Water indicates financial losses and drain.
Stationary things:Stationaries are given at birthday events and farewell events at office. But they should be even considered for gifting at marriage ceremonies.
They don't indicate progress for your daughter in her professional life. If you are an author, never offer pens and books to anyone as all the good deeds and related karma gets transferred to the other person.
Sharp items:Sharp objects like antique swords or blades should never be given as gifts. This will cause conflict amongst the loved ones.
Wallets and moneybags:Don't gift wallets as they have to be bought and used. By gifting it, you are sending your financial positivity to them.
Avoid Pickles:Pickles are an absolute no no for gifting. They bring animosity between the gifter and giftee. Gift it on someother day and sell it for one rupee as the total sum for the pickle
Painting or statues of Savage and Wild creatures:Birds and wild animals in a painting or statue or even keeping the image of a lonely creature in the couples room makes the couple ferocious and spoils the marital happiness. Keep a laughing buddha instead.
