Even if you are not observing a fast, arranging puja ingredients can be equally hectic as sitting for puja constantly. Too much work can make you tired and therefore, you need to sleep and relax throughout the day and focus on your pregnancy.

3. Pregnant Women Should Worship And Meditate
On the occasion of Hariyali Teej, even if you are not able to observe Nirjala Vrat, on this day you should worship Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati with full devotion. You can chant mantras. You can also listen to devotional songs on this day as it is said to be good for pregnant women, as per astrology.

4. Pregnant Women Should Avoid Swing
Even though it is a custom to swing on Hariyali Teej, which is also known as Shravani Teej, pregnant women should refrain from it as it can land them in trouble.
