How To Do: Sit in Vajrasana and lift up your hands and bring them close so that they face each other. Now bring the finger tips of the right hand fingers touch the finger tips of the left hand fingers..

Do not change this position but lift your hands up and keep them close to your forehead. Shift your gaze upwards and focus on the third eye. Place your tongue against the palate and inhale. Now relax the tongue and exhale.

Practice Hakini mudra for gaining memory strength and brain power for 45 min daily. Or practice it 3 times in a day for 15 minutes.

Practice Hakini mudra for 30-35 minutes at a stretch or for 3 times a day for 12 minutes each time. Be on empty stomach while you perform this mudra.It is best to be in a yoga asan like padmasana while performing it. Just practice it for 2 months and you will see marked improvement in your memory.
