Rudraksha benefits are innumerable in Hinduism. Rudraksha is a commonly used term in Hindu religion. The tree and seed are known as Rudraksha whereas the fruit is known as Rudraksham. Rudra means Shiva and Aksha means eyes. It is believed that Rudraksha evolved from the eyes of Lord Shiva so, many devotees of Shiva wear and worship these beads. According to Puranas, there are 14 kinds of Rudraksha which are called Mukhi or faceted Rudraksha. The number of lines on the Rudraksha beads decides the Mukhi of the Rudraksha bead.
