The much-awaited consecration ceremony (Pran Pratishtha) of Ram Lalla is about to begin today, on 22 January, and 2,500 musicians to perform at 110 stages for pilgrims, who have reached Ayodhya from different parts of the country.

Sonu Nigam won an applause for his rendition of 'Raghukul reet sada chali aayi" from the Ramcharitmanas ahead of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony and the saints, in particular, were seen clapping to the rhythm. He set the spiritual mood for the event and ended his performance with Jai Shri Ram. Anuradha Paudwal and Shankar Mahadevan also regaled the audience with their devotional renditions.

What Is Ram Stuti?

"Ram Stuti" refers to the hymns or verses that are dedicated to Lord Rama in Hinduism.
