Recently, a 27-year-old Pakistani woman Seema Ghulam Haider crossed the border to meet her 22-year-old lover Sachin Singh (22). Haider is a resident of Rind Hajana village in Pakistan's Sindh province and has been living with her four children and Singh for a month in Noida without a valid visa.

Haider and Singh had met virtually on a gaming platform, PUBG: Battlegrounds and slowly grew close and fell in love. So, Seema decided to come to India so that they can get married.
Recently, Seema has become a Shiva devotee and has given up non-veg items such as Chicken biryani, meat and fish as well because the month of Sawan is going on. She is also following Hindu rituals and wakes up early in the morning and waters the Tulsi plant.
According to the Panchang, the month of Sawan is going on now and it will be there for two months this year. There are numerous rules and regulations that are followed during this month which is the favourite of Lord Shiva and not consuming non-veg is a part of it. During this, non-veg and spicy food increases the possibility of negative effects on the digestive system. It may take longer to digest them as well. This is the reason why it is advisable to eat light and healthy food in the month of Shravan.
