According to Forbes' real-time rich list, Vembu is the 1176th richest person in the world and she has a net worth of Rs 21, 455 crores or $ 2.6 crore. This spot was previously held by Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw (Biocon) and Falguni Nayar (Nykaa).

Sridhar Vembu is the founder and CEO of privately held Zoho Corp, a maker of cloud-based business software and is the product manager of the email service, Zoho Mail. It was founded by Vembu and her brothers in 1990 and was initially named as AdventNet. She has a huge stake in this Indian multi-billion multinational company from where she gets her massive wealth.

Personal Life, Education And Work Profile

Radha Vembu was born on 24 December 1972 in Chennai. She completed her secondary education in Chennai and graduated from the prestigious IIT Madras in industrial management. Her father was a stenographer who worked at Madras High Court.

She is also the director of Janaki Hi-Tech Agro Pvt Ltd, an agricultural NGO as well as a real-estate company called Highland Valley.

In 2021, Forbes India Rich List, the Vembu siblings ranked 55th and their combined net worth was estimated to be Rs 285 thousand crores. Not just Forbes' List, according to a 2022 list by Hurun Research Institute, Vembu is the world's youngest self-made female.
