Married Women Are Not Weight Conscious

Post wedding women
It seems the married women are becoming less weight conscious these days. Nearly 20 per cent of brides put on weight during their first year of marriage.

A study carried out by Yakult, found that more than half of the new wives say they no longer worry about their appearance after their wedding day is over. Another 22 per cent of women no longer feel the need to impress their loved one.

Loosing weight and getting in shape is the most important for the to-be brides. However, post wedding, most of them forget to stay in shape.

The study including 3,000 new brides, revealed that one in three found it difficult to eat healthy food during the first year of marriage as they no longer had the wedding day or honeymoon to motivate them.
