Jealous
Yes, possessive men are always jealous of your friends or family you spend time with. He asks you question why you were with them and what did you talk about and inquire aout every possible thing you could have done? And if not satisfied with your answers, he might accuse you of deceit and lying as he is so jealous of all of them. A possessive man cannot stand your alliance with others.

Over-protective
They are so annoying most of the time as they won't leave you alone anywhere either you are in a family gathering or partying with friends. He will be overtly careful regarding your behavior, your dressing and chit-chatting with friends. He might interrupt you in front of your friends if he doesn't like the way you are speaking or the topic of discussion.

No friends for you

Yeah, if you have chosen an overtly caring man, you are no more a social person. You friends cannot make surprise plans or any plan with you as they always did. If they do so your possessive man will be hurt and can hurt you in many ways later.

Excessive phone calls
Your mobile rings and you hear: Where are you darling, who are you with, where exactly, what time did you leave, what are you wearing and many of such inquiries? Hey I am not asking all this! Your possessive man calls you every 10 minutes and wants the detail of everything you do.

Outburst of anger
In case, you are not doing what he wants, he gets very angry. He calls you by names, uses degrading comments and intimidates you. Basically, he wants to control you and this behavior is an attempt to exert his control over you.

Spying
He tries hard to control you and sometimes when he is still not confident about you, he spies on you. A possessive man has this trait. He wants you to be with him all the time and if he is not able to put things in that way, he tries such things also. He might think you are dating someone else so he follows you, reads your phone messages and checks your phone calls secretly.
