The husband leaves. A girlfriend chooses another man and so on. Living with rejection is one of the hardest form of life and being with the person you taught it would last with makes it all the more difficult to continue with life. It is true that nobody likes to be rejected because it hurts like crazy and it can also be quite a blow to ones self esteem. But getting rejected in a relationship is quite common today, since boys and girls want to explore other fish in the sea. In connection with relationships and dating it is absolutely the worst kind of rejection because it is based upon personal levels that is taken to heart. It however does not matter whether the rejection occurs while asking someone out on an initial date, or in the middle of a long term relationship. Rejection hurts. Period.

  • When you live with rejection you also live with that stance in mind that you can not do better. However, this is untrue. There are many other things you can succeed in life if you are let down by a lover or by someone you thought it could work out with.
  • When you are rejected, it is a window for you to learn from experience. None of us like to experience rejection. But when it does come, we should take the opportunity to take stock of what has just occurred.
  • Knowing your self worth after rejection is important. You should know that you are worth more than the person who rejected you and learn to move on with a positive mindset.
