Women Are Better Beer Tasters!

Taste is something that tells one the difference between good and bad, however, for judging a matter tastes calls for even refined palates, so an Australian brewery have employed all women tasters to sample the quality of its beers.

While studies have long raveled on the fact that women's taste buds are superior than their male counterparts, however, women tasters were still a minority. Though not anymore as this new brewery plans have a more women staff, while would have an all-women beer taster group.

The brewery that would start functioning from 2010, would produce enough bottles daily to stretch 109km. And to make sure that every beer tastes right, owners are expecting that the majority of the jobs would go to women because they make better beer tasters.

"Women typically are better able to detach a smell from the object," says Bluetongue's head brewer Tim Williams. He says , a women can tell a drink by smell eg, if its a strawberry, she would smell and say so, but men have to drink the whole thing and then they realize its strawberry.

But the women beer tasters, unlike wine tasting, would have to swallow the whole sample. However, it seems women still are undaunted for the taste and those hired say that they are actually enjoying the experience.
