Quesadilla, as the name itself suggests, is a Mexican snack made of flour tortilla filled with cheese which is folded or cut into wedges and then consumed. A quesadilla also has fillings made of beans, or potatoes, and always has cheese added as a mandatory ingredient. Veg quesadilla is deliciously vegetarian and most of the time, comes with a heavenly bounty of crispy textured vegetables with the usual spread of cheese that just melts the moment you pop it in. A rich medley of Vegetables and cheese are not only filling and tasty but carry significant health benefits as well. This dish is versatile in its uses, and can be used any time as breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.

Quesadillas take around 30 minutes of your time and can be served along in any meal combination and hence can be treated as absolutely no-fuss preparations. Add as many vegetables as you can squeeze in to this dish. Do not overcook the veggies as they have to remain crispy for a better tasting Quesadilla.
